Body First welcomes Lauren Holmes to the Body First as a Yoga Instructor.
In Lauren’s classes, you will discover calm energy (perfect after a long day) and an incredible workout (with lots of modifications!). Lauren has years of experience offering students a variety of yoga practice experience from an energizing athletic yoga practice found in a Power Yoga class, to the flow of movement and breathe in a Vinyasa Yoga class, to the tranquility and meditative nature of a Gentle Yoga class.
Lauren began teaching Yoga for All on Wednesdays on in early February 2019.
