Group Exercise Schedule

Sometimes it is more fun to workout with a group.
Class schedule does not include Body First programs that require registration (i.e. Junior Tennis Clinics, BootCamp, Workshops, etc)
Non-members are welcome. We ask all non-members come early so they have have an opportunity to sign in (newcomers must complete a waiver and liability form) and pay for a Day Pass and class fees (i.e. for Cardio Tennis, Drill groups, etc.) if applicable
