15 Minute Muscle Countdown Dumbbell Workout

Equipment: Dumbbells (weight moderately light and you can easily lift over your head.); Space to be able to Lateral Shuffle about 5 side stepsMorning Muscle

As Many Rounds as Possible- Maintain proper form over speed.Ā  Even though you are wanting to go straight from one exercise to anotherĀ REST AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN PROPER FORM.

New to the Gameā€“ 10 Minutes

Intermediateā€“ 15 Minutes

Each ROUND includes:

5 REPS X SQUAT TO OH PRESS

5 REPS X BENT OVER ROW

5 REPS X REVERSE LUNGES

5 REPS X REVERSE LUNGES-Left

5 STEPS X LATERAL SHUFFLE-Right

5 STEPS X LATERAL SHUFFLE-Left

NO REST

4 REPS of each exercise NO REST

3 REPS of each exercise NO REST

2 REPS of each exercise NO REST

1 REP of each exercise NO REST

RESTā€¦ā€¦ REPEAT STARTING WITH 5 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE
