15 Minute Muscle Countdown Dumbbell Workout
Equipment: Dumbbells (weight moderately light and you can easily lift over your head.); Space to be able to Lateral Shuffle about 5 side steps
As Many Rounds as Possible- Maintain proper form over speed.Ā Even though you are wanting to go straight from one exercise to anotherĀ REST AS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN PROPER FORM.
New to the Gameā 10 Minutes
Intermediateā 15 Minutes
Each ROUND includes:
5 REPS X SQUAT TO OH PRESS
5 REPS X BENT OVER ROW
5 REPS X REVERSE LUNGES
5 REPS X REVERSE LUNGES-Left
5 STEPS X LATERAL SHUFFLE-Right
5 STEPS X LATERAL SHUFFLE-Left
NO REST
4 REPS of each exercise NO REST
3 REPS of each exercise NO REST
2 REPS of each exercise NO REST
1 REP of each exercise NO REST
RESTā¦ā¦ REPEAT STARTING WITH 5 REPS OF EACH EXERCISE
