“My passion for health and wellness, my desire to help those in need, and seeing the difference in someone’s day after working with them is what motivates me to give my best day in and day out.” ~Chase

Chase received his Massage/Bodywork Practitioner education at the Pinnacle Career Institute.  Chase has a passion for health and wellness.  He is drawn to optimizing human movement using soft tissue therapy (such as massage). His desire  to help those in need, and seeing the difference in someone’s day after working with them is what motivates him to give his best day in and day out.  Clients seek him out for his ability to use massage therapy to improve mobility, reduce chronic, acute, or enigmatic pain.

What Chase brings to each massage therapy session

  • A warm welcoming environment to allow clients to relax and feel comfortable.
  • Communication skills that allow Chase to connect with a client, determine the best ways to resolve the issue at hand.
  • Empathetic understanding of clients’ physical and emotional state.
  • Knowledge of the human body and how it functions bio-mechanically

SPORTS MASSAGE

Chase is currently part of the Body First Sports Massage Team that provides sports massage for a variety of athletes from youth athletes, college athletes, and others. He is continuing to learn through in house training at Body First and hands work-shops.

Being active for a lifetime

Being active has always been a part of his life including when he was five.  He apparently wanted to be involved in some sort of landscaping business, because his  parents would always find large rocks in my backpack after a stressful day of Kindergarten. Was he trying to build muscle? Only 5-year-old Chase knows the answer to that.  Carrying rocks in backpack may be a thing of the past but Chase does does  have a love of plant growing.

Nowadays you are more like to find Chase on a tennis court than carrying rocks.  He is an avid tennis player who enjoys playing with players of all ages and at times helps with junior tennis at Body First.  In addition to tennis he also loves to work out and other forms of fitness.

CHASE, the music man

In another life, Chase is fairly certain that he was a cigar loving, AM radio DJ due to the deep  tone of his voice and his love for cheesy, late night radio programs. He still finds time for discovering new music and listening to podcasts.
