One of the most rewarding things about being a trainer “is getting to see the transition (both mentally and physically), a client makes as they move closer to their goals.”

Anthony has a true love for helping people of all ages be physically active.  He always enjoyed working out and being physically active. When he started having low back pain as a teenager he knew did not want to give up the things he loved like playing basketball.  Instead he tried a variety of methods to combat the pain and found what works for him.  His own experience of overcoming his pain eventually led him to choose kinesiology as a major in college.

Whether his clients goals are losing weight, helping them meet the physical requirements to get into the military, or helping them start their fitness journey. Anthony’s focus on providing his clients with individualized plans to fit their unique goals and needs make him a valued member of the Body First team.  His great listening skills are just one of the ways Anthony is able to build positive relationships with his clients. His clients know that Anthony works hard to understand their needs  and he cares about them reaching their goals.

In addition to being a personal trainer, Anthony teaches PE and coaches basketball.

When Anthony is not teaching, training clients or coaching he can be found spending time with his wife and son or playing basketball,
