Megan left a post army career in tech to pursue a career in massage after experiencing the positive effects of massage therapy.
Hailing from Washington, Megan joined Body First this April. A licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, she has extensive experience with injury recovery and working with athletes. She received her education from Denver School of Massage and the Cortiva Institute of Federal Way, WA. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading or being at the gym. Body building, power lifting, and strength training are her favorites activities.
Megan brings to Body First a firm belief in creating a client centered massage experience and a wealth of knowledge. She incorporates a variety of modalities into each specifically tailored session including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, reflexology, and techniques the address functional movement and structure. Her compassion for her clients and ability to listen to client needs makes her a valued addition to the Body First Team.

Megan is a 10 year Army combat veteran who has done volunteered her time at the AIDS hospice in Virginia and continues to give back. According to Megan, one of the most rewarding part of being a massage therapy is “witnessing the affective change in clients’ overall health”.
She enjoys spending time with her family, reading or being at the gym. Body building, power lifting, and strength training are some of her favorites activities.
