As a graduate of Emporia State University in Health & Human Performance, Kelsey has a true passion for motivating others to be the best versions of themselves possible. Kelsey had always been a track & cross country athlete, but her real fitness journey began in 2013 and she began branching out: strength training, plyometric work, and yoga became her favorite hobbies She believes her body has never felt better, stronger or more flexible because of a well-rounded fitness program ensuring safety, fun and overall wellness. She became a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Trainer in November of 2016 and loves teaching a variety of yoga classes to incorporate the many benefits yoga has to offer.
