Jessica has always had a love of fitness. Dance and team sports when she was younger, then rock climbing and all things outdoor in college. It wasn’t until she joined the YMCA in 2016 that she discovered POUND and realized how much fun you can have working out.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being in nature as much as possible and all things comedy!
