AboutSince 2005 Kimmies been providing professional fitness training and instruction. In the Spring of 2015 she brought her expertise to the Body First Fitness Team. She love working with a variety of clients; from teenagers to 80 year olds; from couch potatoes to the experienced athletes, from the self motivated to those that need a cheerleader, and more.
Kimmie utilizes a goal-orientated approach for her client's personal training sessions, This approach combined with fun and motivational work-outs help her clients achieve goals they may never thought possible.
Whether training or leading a group fitness class, Kimmie can often be found competing in half marathons, running, playing softball or hanging out with her family.

AboutRena has been part of the Body First team since 2014 as a wellness ambassador. In 2016 she jumped further into the fitness waters and became a SCW certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Rena enjoys doing functional training and especially she enjoys working with older adults wishing to move better in their daily lives
Rena has a B.S. in Nutrition and Public Health degree from Kansas State University and plans on attending graduate school in the future to get her Masters of Public Health.
During her time off she loves to bake for friends, play with other peoples' dogs, and read. Totally enthralled with food she has the super power of being able to eat a whole bag of pepperonis and also is a fast-food and ice-cream connoisseur.

About
Body First members love Rachel's high energy Zumba® classes. Her knack of incorporating simple movements into fun dance sequences makes her classes a hit with beginners and more experienced dancers.
When not teaching Zumba® , Rachel can be found hiking with her dog, Rylee or sharing her dog's photogenic personality on Instagram.
Rachel has run multiple half marathons but has NO PLANS to run a full marathon.

Brooke is known for her infectious smile and her fitness know-how. Brooke received her BS from Kansas State University, where she was involved in Club Softball. Softball is what inspired Brooke to become a fitness fanatic. She wanted to improve her skill set, so she was continuously bettering herself by staying active and learning new ways to improve with various exercise programs.
Brooke specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, HIIT, Yoga. She is also a Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, this goes well with her love of a holistic perspective on fitness and wellness. Brooke enjoys playing coed softball in her spare time, cooking yummy food, going to the lake, hanging out with family, friends, her dog.

Meet the trainerFrom early teens to age 92, Aimee has experience working with a variety of ages. She enjoys working with individuals with varying goals. She has helped clients meet their weight loss goals, train for marathons, and just improve their activities for daily living.
When not training clients, Aimee's two daughters keep her on the go but she still manages to find time for her husband of over 20 years.

AboutKim enjoys teaching yoga and encouraging people to do their best. Her students appreciate her ability to work with a variety of ability and help them with modifications for poses they thought were beyond their capabilities.
Kim is happily retired form Clemson University, South Carolina. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and 2 cats. In her spare time she enjoys reading and going for walks. Given the chance she would gladly drop everything to go scuba diving and practice some underwater photography.
